CHLOE DAO x MISS CHINATOWN HOUSTON

This year's Miss Chinatown Houston pageant featured a fashion show by season 2 Project Runway winner, Chloe Dao. Myself, along with some of the gorgeous previous title holders, modeled for the show in Chloe Dao's Spring 2010 collection.

Look number 2 - sea foam greens and blues make these dresses perfect for spring and summer. And long white gowns for the perfect summer wedding.

I loved how this dress had pockets! I don't usually carry much with me while going out, so I'd much rather slip my ID and a credit card in a discreet pocket sometimes than carrying a purse around.

DISAPPEARING ACT x NEW HAIR

The past four weeks have been a bit of a whirlwind. I was in NYC (again), moved from my central Austin apartment to a place further north to live alone for the very first time, was back and forth between Houston every single week, attended the Miss Chinatown Houston pageant, and oh -- changed my hair color.
